I want to post in the forum more. There are things that I would like to say on some topics, but let me tell ya, after reading some of the threads I lose all desire. And it's sad.



Then when you post something people act douchey. I just don't have the patience to deal with it. You can only let so much roll off your back before it snaps. And when you are trying to use it as an escape to not add to stress, it works the other way around and snaps it quicker then ever.



Some people just suck.

I hope they get a bottle of lemon juice in their eye. Bastids.

I cannot stand pompous lawyers. I cannot stand those who intimidate and look down at their nose at people. I cannot stand it and it makes me angry. ESPECIALLY when you are doing nothing more than trying to figure something sensible out for both parties. I cannot stand.



I cannot stand it when they THINK they they can treat me like a doormat and I will just take it. Especially when I am not the one being having legal action taken against me.



Let me tell you though, when you call them on their shit they change their tune really fast.





Secondly, if you are practicing within the ghetto in Flint, you are NOT a high price lawyer that can look down at your nose at anyone. The only jobs you are getting is defending foreclosures, stealing, pedophiles and maybe a few other things around here.



Don't fall off that narcissistic pedestal you hold yourself so high because, because if you get much higher.. You'll be the first jackass on the moon.

I'm excited. I get a Harry Potter cake tomorrow and Ben and Jerry's.



Tomorrow I will be offically old enough to be a 'Cougar'. I guess the rule is 10 years younger per the cougar rule. hah.



The Rules-



1. There must be a 10 year age gap at least between Cougar and mate. Following from this, you therefore cannot be in your mid-twenties and call yourself a Cougar. This would make you and your mating illegal.



2. You must be over 30 to call yourself a Cougar. The ideal age for Cougars should be over 40. Although a 29 year old could still potentially date a 19 year old, I do not feel that this is Cougarism as such. A Cougar is an older woman, not simply a woman dating a younger man. In the 30's I feel that this point may still be debatable. Women in their 40's and above may safely call themselves Cougars.



3. The age difference between Cougar and mate must not exceed 25 years. I feel that women should NOT take a leaf out of men's book and date whoever will have them. It is important to have standards and not become creepy and weird. A 50 y old woman should not date anyone younger than a 25 year old. This is creepy and weird. Her ideal mate would be aged over this. No exceptions, even if you are rich. The dating is still creepy.





Guidelines regarding the Cougar Relationship



4. Men must be attractive and/or have hot bodies and as stated in rule 1, be at least 10 years younger than the mate. It is not enough simply to be in a relationship with an older woman. In order to fit in with conventional Cougar ideals, the male mate must have these physical attributes. Only the Cougar herself needs to be convinced that the mate meets this criteria as these attributes are subjective. This allows for some flexibility within this guideline.



5. Women must not be in a position of power or authority over the potential mate. Of course, this shouldn't need to be stated and should go without saying. However, relationship between student/teacher (even over the age of 18), boss/worker etc etc are inappropriate for either gender. I feel that Cougar women should have high ethical standards and ensure no exploitation of their mate.



6. Over the age of 60, Cougar rules becomes flexible, depending on circumstances. The mate may be older than 40 and no longer requires rule 4. It is up to the independant Cougar to make this judgement call as to whether or not the relationship falls within Cougar guidelines at this point. The 25 year gap age rule should be maintained, irrespective of age.

So, CM, or Mistress if you will (Rule 5), Now that you fulfil Rule 2, and for all intensive purposes Rule 1 is filled, Rule 3 isn't even close, Rule 4 is a given, and Rule 5 is a while away yet.

In 13 days I will be 30. I know a lot of woman freak out when that age starts to come around. I guess I am no different. Well, maybe I am. Though I am having a hard time with certain things. I don't really care about the whole age thing, but I just feel so.. like I will be turning 30 and I have nothing to show for it.



The only thing I really have is a sad story about the hard times that came between the years of end the end of high school and the beginning of when you are supposed to be 'grounded'.



I have no kids, I'm not married, never have been married and I have no career. Hell, I don't even know what I want to be 'when I grow up'. Well, that's not true. There are things I would love to do but at this point in time I am limited as to what I can do with my disabilities. Which blows.



I really, really just feel ick about the whole thing. It's just something I am going to have to get over I guess.



I need to stop thinking about it and stop worrying.

*hugs* I will say this for you. You are a whole lot more mature than a lot of people who are older than you are. You may be freaking out, but look at it this way, it made you who you are. It made you strong, and I can sure tell you I wish I had looked that good at 30. Love ya, Moonie.
